This is an introduction to pole dancing and sensual movement for fitness. Students can expect to gain a good foundation of sensual movement and pole work transforming your mind and body, preparing you for more advanced levels.
The perfect blend of various dance styles including but not limited to Chair dance, Floor work.
You will learn pole techniques with proper body and hand positioning and gain upper body and core strength with this unique strength building workout.

Open Pole Play is for students who have already begun their pole journey and would like additional practice time. There will be a staff member present, but there will be no instruction.Please do not choose this as your first class. Open Pole Playtime is open to all levels!
This class is for students who already have pole experience and are looking to advance their skills. The focus will be building strength,working towards harder tricks, learning unexpected transitions, and perfecting your flow.
This class is essential cross-training for pole dancers and aerialists to help keep your body healthy and happy. Rebalance your body and your mind through Yoga flows and deep stretching, you will feel your body open and your stress and tension melt away .
