POLE LEVEL 1

The class introduces spins, transitions and climbing. You will build strength and fluidity to move seamlessly up and down the pole. You also will be taken through form, conditioning and strength based exercises which will prepare you for inversions 

INTRO TO POLE 

Never taken a pole fitness class before? This is the class for you! In this 75 minute lesson you will learn the fundamentals of pole such as walking, basic spins, floorwork and mounting/climbing the pole. Intro to pole will build your strength and body awareness to prepare you for the next level! 

SWEAT

The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. ... The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body.

CHAIR

Learn slow sensual floor, wall and chair moves that will tone your abs, butt and legs. Classes will consist of a combination of exotic dancing, jazz, lap dancing and floor work, creating a dance that will make you feel sexy and powerful. (Chair workshops will be held on a monthly basis).
